The form will automatically send your request by email to the St. Alkmunds Church office.
You will be sent a copy of this email to your email address as confirmation of your request being submitted.
Your tape will be put in the pigeon hole at church when ready.
Sermon tapes cost £2.00 if you keep the tape, or alternatively you can return the tape in its original condition for free!
