| For whole teams, apprentice leaders and leaders; together or separately. A skills based, practical course, covering such areas as · Personality types · Communication skills · Working to a vision · Setting boundaries · Managing change The course aims to strengthen and develop your ability to run, manage or be part of a team. Different aspects can be tailored to meet specific team needs. 5 Tuesday evenings: 5, 12, 19 October, 2 & 9 November 2004. 26 April, 3, 10, 17 & 24 May 2005. |

Leadership - Growing Leaders |

| A course based on the book "Growing Leaders" by James Lawrence, which will be essential reading. The course will involve: · Teaching · Tasks and assignments (1 per term) · Prayer triplets for support & accountability · Reflection & evaluation (through journals and discussion) The course will be spread through the whole academic year to allow time for growth, both as leaders and as individuals. Time commitment: A Friday evening and Saturday morning each term. A mid-week evening each term, plus personal time to read, implement and reflect. First term dates: Friday 1 October, Saturday 2 October and Wednesday 24 November 2004. Second and third term dates will be decided by the group. Course tutors: John White and Karen Hamblin. Course tutors will also be available between termly meeting times. Cost: £30. |

School of Foundations ... |

| Foundations is a 10 week course, based around a talk and small group discussion. Each evening explores a foundational area of the Christian life, building on what has already been learned and experienced in your life. Primarily for those who have finished the Alpha course, but of course all are welcome. Wednesday evenings 12 January - 23 March, (with a break for half term). And, repeated on ... Wednesday evenings 20 April - 29 June (with a break for half term). | |||

| A Lent course for everyone in place of small groups covering: Worship, Bible Application, Prayer & Fasting, Hearing & Obeying and Meditation.
