The vision for St. Alkmund`s Schools of Ministry (SASM) is: "to prepare God`s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith... and become mature" Ephesians chapter 4 verses 12 and 13
SASM runs a range of courses designed to equip God`s people - both here at St. Alkmund`s and in the wider church. These include Leadership Training, team building, days for youth, courses for children to go deeper in their faith, courses that address specific lifestyle issues... and others!
Courses aim to support the ministry of the church and to resource individuals and groups to be all that God is calling them to be. A range of materials and speakers are used, and courses run throughout the academic year. They are open to all - there is usually a small charge.
